EXECUTIVE SUMMARYProject management is at the core of Flore’s career and she has more than 15 yearsexperience in this field. Although she has spent the beginning of her career managing and coordinating corporate events, her love of Africa has driven her towards consultancy jobs on the African continent.Flore has conducted several studies and trainings in Benin related to tourism development and event management, always using a gender mainstreaming approach. She has also helped improved the management of a guest house in Mozambique, promoting female and youth positions at a higher hierarchy level . Her latest study was with women artisans in Rwanda, evaluating their level of Empowerment and making some recommendations on how this could be improved.FACILITATION & COACHING APPROACHFlore likes to use an open and participative approach when delivering a program. Her energy, smile and friendliness usually make participants easily at ease. She likes to think that people have all the assets within themselves, they just need to be revealed.She illustrates her sessions with concrete filed example and case studies. She also likes to incorporate Non-Violent Communication & meditation techniques as part of the training she delivers, as she believes it enhances the messages.
