• Prepare financial analysis as required by loan covenants.• Perform second review on Debt Service Coverage Ratio and Global cash flow calculation to ensure the covenant is in compliance with the Business Loan Agreement.• Responsible for risk grading of loans, including risk grading adjustments upgrades/downgrades and refer loans to Special Assets department.• Monitor loan covenants as required by Credit Presentations.• Perform appraisal and property profile reviews on real estate credits.• Schedule monthly planning meetings with branches and developing resolution plans for notices, letters, appraisals and financial information.• Ensure that requests for financial or other covenant information are mailed to clients.

Prepare loan documentation for completeness and request for additional information as required. • Analyze and make loan disbursements including construction draws and completeness of the package to include Loan advance request, Inspection Report, conditional and unconditional lien waivers, backup invoices, title endorsement. Perform the maintenance of balance ledgers and change orders from the AIA G702 Contract.• Update the tickler system with current insurance certificates and communicate with the Closers regarding tracking and closing procedures or boarding of the loan.• Interface with multiple groups within the Bank such as Construction Managers, Relationship Managers, as well as outside of the Company such as the Borrowers, Insurance Agents, or Inspectors and insure delivery of a complete and high-level customer service.

• Assist manager with the preparation of loan tickler reports, loan disbursement forms and other various reports such as 30-day past due, 90-day maturity, loan document requests for new credits and renewal/extension credits.• Once loan documentations have been produced, follow up on the signed documents to be processed.• Communicate with the Note Department regarding loan transfers pertaining to payoffs and paydowns of loans.• Perform credit due diligence including ordering UCC searches, preliminary title reports, Dun & Bradstreet reports, flood zone determination search, Experian credit reports on principals/guarantors, real estate appraisal reports, and real estate environmental reports, as needed.
