It System Engineer - Team Lead, Asia
Current- Coordinate the 1st and 2nd line IT support engineers for Asia and Dubai,- First point of contact for escalation and user feedbacks,- Manage daily call queues and ensure tickets are resolved within SLA's,- Mentor, train and support IT team members,- Manage the major incident process for Asia, including MI reviews and MI communication,- Represent Asia and Dubai team on the weekly service forum, problem management and CAB,- Represent IT department during the monthly Partners meeting and business services meetings,- Work with the global support team to align with the global policies,- Create, maintain and update support documentation,- Provide suggestions of improvements to the IT Training team,- Assist with different on-going project for Asia and Dubai
