Het tweejarige graduate programma is opgebouwd uit vier verschillende opdrachten die plaatsvinden op vier verschillende locaties. Mijn eerste project zal doorgaan bij Smurfit Kappa Drogenbos. Ik zal marktonderzoek uitvoeren om te achterhalen wat huidige klanten werkelijk nodig hebben en hoe we hun behoeftes kunnen verwerken in een oplossing. Ernaast zal ik onderzoeken wie potentiële klanten kunnen zijn, waarom deze momenteel toch voor de concurrentie kiezen, en hoe wij hen toch een betere oplossing kunnen aanbieden.

Tervuren

During last summers, I worked several times at 'Au Flan Breton' bakery. During secondary school, I worked at this bakery as a sales assistant during two summers (2008 and 2010). Last time I was recruited there, was during the summer of 2016. During this time, the bakery expanded its activities to a sandwich bar, a tea room and several local shops (Tervuren, Hoeilaart, Leuven). This required a flexible attitude from the employees to assist wherever it was necessary. Since Tervuren is located in the suburbs of Brussels, it was a great opportunity to get in touch with customers in different languages and to understand different kinds of consumer behaviors.

During the introduction of the 'self check-in' and the 'luggage drop off' at Brussels Airport, I was available for all passengers to explain them how it worked and answer their further questions. Since people are reluctant to use new technologies, the job required understanding and patience to guide the passengers trough these new processes.
