Manage processes within the Indirect Goods & Services Procurement PMO organisation in order to give a firm basis for efficient operations and compliance management.

Responsible for the site's business management system and for the site's measurement tools calibration team

Responsible for the management of product related procurement processes (development, deployment, training, compliance, continuous improvement); overseeing an erp specialist and a tools and dashboard production specialist. Overlooking the site's SAP vcm deployment for the procurement function.

Manage material part of the blue book for TGV double decker and TGV single decker design renewal (pricing re evaluation of c parts, ITT to suppliers of main systems, requirements management, interface with buyers, suppliers, engineering and project bid managenent, risks and opportunities management)

Deploy tools for procurement function worldwide for: resources management and capacity tracking, project information, vendor information (audits, certificates renewal follow up ...), project procurement milestones follow up, estimate cost at completion vs as sold. Train key users and work with supply managers and directors across 40 sites to facilitate global governance.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales. Facilitate the Transactions Approval Process for all regional aircraft sales in the European and Middle East areas (link between sales and marketing executives working on deals at customer locations and program management teams on site in Toronto in order to review weekly with president of Bombardier aerospace regional aircraft). Coordinate air shows, airline conferences and aircraft demonstration tours with international customers and the communications department. Manage annual sales plan preparation and monthly forecast reviews with senior management. Prepare and manage the international sales department budget.

Office administration (resources, budget, records retention..), senior management reviews and dashboards, internal (newsletter..) and external communication (including events/conferences with suppliers or customers).
