Après une spécialisation en Génie Industriel et plusieurs expériences dans des groupes industriels, elle intègre le programme ME310 de la d.school Paris avec comme défi de repenser l’expérience de la salle de bain pour les seniors en coopération avec Lapeyre, filiale de Saint-Gobain. Cette expérience la transforme et donne un sens à sa carrière. Elle décide alors de plonger dans l’innovation pour les aînés. Son objectif : développer des produits et services utiles, non stigmatisants pour des personnes dont les besoins sont grandissants. Chargée de projet à la d.school Paris, elle développe le design thinking pour les personnes vieillissantes. Elle fonde en parallèle AÏNA, une start-up dont l’objectif est de réinventer le quotidien des aînés. Avec une approche empathique, humaniste et pragmatique elle part à la rencontre de seniors et co-développe des produits pour faciliter leur vie et celle de tous. Son leitmotiv, ajouter de la vie aux années! Elle co-signe un livre en juin 2016 : "Le design thinking par la pratique" publié chez Eyrolles.
