    Since ENTSO-E's creation in 2009, I am heading the in-house legal team which oversees all legal affairs of ENTSO-E including the various ENTSO-E deliverables under the European Union’s Third Energy Package. In the field of energy law, I am currently involved in the development and implementation of the European Network Codes and Guidelines, such as the Capacity Calculation and Congestion Management Guidelines or the future System Operation guidelines; the transparency platform; various Multilateral Agreements between ENTSO-E members (MLA), such as the recent MLA on regional security initiatives. I am also involved in external relations, such as admission process of members.
