I have over 20years banking experience. Started as a clerk at Barclays Bank (K) Ltd an international bank that exposed me to banking. Left at a country level position for local banks. Worked at Equity Bank Kenya Ltd and Family Bank Ltd. Now CEO at Century Microfinance Bank. Was keen to work in an MFI after my Master's thesis on "Social -Economic Impact of Microfinance Institution on Women living in Informal Settlements - A Case Study of Kiganjo Slum Kiambu County, Kenya. Having worked for an international bank, two local banks and now a Microfinance Institution enrichens my banking career. Championed a rigorous due diligence process that saw Kenya's banking regulator approve the first transaction that saw the acquisition of a regulated Bank by a Fintech company. I'm a motivational speaker as well with a deep passion for women and especially the vulnerable women in society. I'm an author too, written a theological exposition and motivational book dedicated to widows and orphans.
