Florence has over 2 decades of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, and donor relations across children's welfare, medical foundation and higher education. She currently drives and leads a team of fundraisers, expanding the portfolio with a dedicated group of volunteers to conceptualise and implement purposeful, innovative giving programmes. She also leads the International Advisory Council Programme working team, driving in-market engagement activities for regional stakeholders to bolster collaborative opportunities.With a deep passion for implementing purposeful collaborations and engagement for the community, Florence is a self-starter with experience in building and leading fundraising and engagement teams, and believes in connecting ideas to people and people to action.
