Program Controller Digital Transformation
CurrentVaudoise Assurance is driving a complete Transformation to prepare for the Insurance market evolution. This leads to an important Digital Transformation Program driving majors technicals evolutions (365, Cloud, ERP, Platform, CRM...).In this context, the Program Controller position has been created to ensure, at Transformation Level:- Financial Controlling- Program Governance Controlling- Program & Partners Performance ControllingMy first responsability as I started this position has been to assess the needs of the Top Management (C-level) in terms of Program Control and to provide an accurate strategy to deliver the expected results.My key responsibilities:- Monthly Financial Reporting for IS and Transformation, including analysis and deep dives- Projects' value creation follow up- Transformation governance analysis and control- Program Perfomance control, including analysis and recomandations- Partners selection in collaboration with Partner Manager- Promoting Project & Program Management Best Practices, synchronizing with Program and Projects ManagersIn 2021-2022, my key achievements were:- Collecting Controlling C-Level's expectations- Defining Program Controller Strategy for year 2021-2022- Defining Transformation Program governance in collaboration with PMO - Defining and deploying an Change Request Process for Projects- Leading an assesment of the porfolio governance and conducting important updates to match with Transformation requirements- Setting up Reporting Tools for financial reports on IS and Transformation Projects- Defining key indicators for Project Management Steering such as Earned Value and CPI and setting technical solutions to retrieve them- Setting up Project Reporting Tools for Controlling and Project Managers- Resigning unnecessary licences / maintenance contracts
