ARTriculate is a college advising service focusing on creative students and their families interested in applying to art colleges and art programs at liberal arts colleges. We work with students to develop their portfolios and audition materials, create their college list, organize the application process to meet all their deadlines, apply for scholarships, and most importantly successfully matriculate at their first choice school. We work with students interested in pursuing careers in visual arts, performing arts and film. This can include everything from fine arts, digital/media arts, theater arts (both acting and the technical arts), film, dance, music, creative writing, architecture, and any area of study that would combine the arts with traditional liberal arts such as art education, art therapy, arts management, etc.

In August 2014, recognizing quality issues in the Logistics Department I was tasked to step in to manage it.Responsible for the extreme turnaround for the Logistics Department that ships supplies to over 4,000 wellness events annually nationwide. New processes have resulted in reducing the price per shipped pound close to 50%. We are now able to plan and ship to events so supplies arrive onsite 3 days before an event instead of the day before, allowing time for delivery issues to be resolved and event setup to occur in a timely manner. Equipment tracking has also resulted in a significant improvement in ensuring that equipment is returned from events faster allowing for quicker turnaround and lower inventory requirements; it also greatly reduced "lost" equipment at events. At the 2015 WCS Annual Meeting the Logistics Team was awarded the most improved department for 2015. The Logistics Department is very often cited by clients and employees as providing a top quality service that goes above and beyond to get it right. I am so proud of my team and the improvements we made together.

Responsible for staffing, logistics and administration departments for Wellness Corporate Solutions' health and wellness projects nationwide. Implemented processes to ensure that events were fully staffed and correctly supplied. Designed and implemented a Microsoft Access based database used by all employees to manage these activities. System also included real time reporting and forecasting for future needs.
