• Oversee the end-to-end payment process, including scheduling and executing payments to vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Reconcile payment transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Monitor and manage electronic payment systems and platforms.
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and application of payments.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.

• Processing letters of credits, bills of collections, documentary collections and guarantees swiftly monthly for clients’ proper trade services client experience provided by the franchise.

• Maintaining exchange rates, interest rates, treasury bills and bonds and worked with treasury in forecasting and monitoring exchange rate transactions daily.

• Handle complex customer transactions and resolve issues that tellers may not be able to address, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Train new tellers and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to improve performance and ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
• Track and evaluate teller performance, including accuracy, efficiency, and customer service skills. Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage cash and other financial transactions, ensuring accurate counting, balancing, and reporting. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Ensure that all transactions and activities comply with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and security procedures to prevent fraud and maintain operational integrity.
