About Florence Chabert D'Hieres
International adoptee, born in Sri Lanka and holder of a French passport. Florence is specialize in cross-cultural training and coaching from 6 years old kids to C levels worldwide. In 2009, Florence created Coach4expat. In 2018, FCH wrote “I'm a citizen of the world” the first book for parents and children to help them succeed in their expat adventure on FR & ENG. In 2022, Make My Year was created to help youth experience a Gap Year to build their identity and develop their global mindset. She graduated in Marketing Management from Pace University (New York) and hold a postgraduate qualification in Coaching (France) and graduated in 2021 as a Brain Gym Practitioner as well as child and youth therapist. Fluent in French and English, besides speaking Spanish, German, Italian and having little Arabic notions.Multicultural Italian, French, Sri-Lankan, She lived the reality of expatriations in the USA, Switzerland, Australia, Dubai, KSA and worked in various international companies. She is now based in London. During the pandemic, FCH created Expat Village an online village, allowing a one stop shop for all your personal and professional needs for expats and their families. Florence has been awarded in December 2022 by BGRS SIRVA Worldwide with a Gold Award as an Intercultural Youth trainer. FCH delivers conference for prestigious schools such as Central, l’Ieseg , College de Paris as well as organisations such as SIETAR, AFCA MAE, IDCN,FIGT to name a few. She created bootcamp and conferences to develop cultural intelligence and Global Mindset thanks to Brain Gym.FCH interested in how to work between various cultures, how to create your own personal cultural style, identity , global mindset, Intercultural Competence, Acculturation, Relocation, Expatriation, Cultural Knowledge and Cross-Cultural Understanding in addition to Leadership, Teamwork and Conflict Resolution.
