As Trust & Estate Planning Officer at FCCB, I assist clients in developing and meeting estate planning goals. These goals include the efficient, orderly transfer of assets, protecting family farms or gas royalties for future generations, planning for nursing home costs, and reducing taxes. I meet privately with clients to help them identify their unique set of goals. As an integral part of the team, I then work with the attorney, accountant, and other advisors to implement an estate plan that best meets these goals. My extensive background in the legal field allows me to communicate effectively with attorneys and other professionals throughout the estate planning process.
