Like the historical Haitian Citadel depicted in my banner, I have experienced many challenges and always persevered and now I am a fortress of resourcefulness and resiliency. It was as an 11-year-old on my way to an abrupt move to the states (from Haiti) that I set my mind on entering the business world. Little did I know that I would go on to engineer a career in the financial services industry with some of the best-known American institutions--Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and State Farm Insurance. Through these companies, I have amassed a wealth of experience in customer success, sales/business development, and project/product management. I hold various certifications, most notably, the PMP and PMI-ACP. To serve, I volunteer as a chapter leader for the PMI-Central Illinois Chapter, a recurring 48in48 volunteer, and always take opportunities to mentor 1-on-1 with the youth and young professionals. My core competencies include: Root cause analysis Planning/StrategyProcess ImprovementStakeholder ManagementChange ManagementBusiness Analysis/Business AnalystUser Acceptance TestingWaterfall/AgileImplementation ManagementFinancial Analysis/Reconciliation I like to talk about- #careerdevelopment, #highereducation, #projectmanagement, #productmanagement, #tech, #volunteering, #worklifebalance, #sustainabledevelopment, #Haiti, #Caribbean, #LatinAmerica, #Africa, #liftingasweclimb, #blackgirlmagic, #pelotonConnect with me here on LinkedIn and be sure to follow me!Last Updated: 6/9/24
