Developed the area of Supplier Management as a requirement of ISO 13485 certification. Primary point of contact between Supplier and Operation regarding quality issues. Handled Incoming Inspection. Conducted supplier process audits in Singapore, Indonesia and Germany.Key Contributions:• Spearheaded the consolidation of all Supplier Quality related issues. Headed the cross-functional team from Purchasing, Engineering and Operations in identifying Key Suppliers and conducting quarterly performance reviews on quality performance, on-time-delivery and service level. Executed Supplier Quality improvements and managed SQE and Incoming Inspection related activities. Eventually became the only SQE in the team managing both Manufacturing material suppliers and sub-contractors. Conducted supplier process audits in South Korea, China and Taiwan.Key Contributions:• Restructured activities with Sub-contractors to improve performance.
