Florencia believes in the power of personal transformation to evolve culture and honor our personal and collective human experience. She specializes in facilitating transformational experiences for executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs to connect deeper to inner-driven values, and lead with authenticity to create outstanding and wholesome results, more fulfilling lives, and greater impact in the world. Florencia draws on her deep understanding of the human condition and behavioral drivers to hold transformational containers catalytic of self-awareness; self-mastery; unreserved accountability; and the cultivation of a mindset of constant growth. Prior to her current work, she practiced business and telecom law in Buenos Aires, Washington D.C., New York, and Miami, where she served as outside legal counsel to public service companies and telecom startups at major law firms, and as an in-house counsel to a submarine cable system company. She later started her own business law practice. Moreover, she has co-designed and co-led leadership development programs for young adults in the non-profit sector. Florencia holds law degrees from the University of Miami School of Law, JD, Cum Laude; from the University of Virginia School of Law, LLM; from the Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, JD equivalent specializing in Business Law. She was an Olin Fellow in Law & Economics at the University of Virginia School of Law. Moreover, she is a certified Transformational Coach by the Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership where she has completed extensive and intensive programs on transformational facilitation, coaching, and leadership. Furthermore, she has trained in multiple healing modalities, including somatic practices to soothe and regulate the nervous system, trauma healing, and emotional release. Her work is also grounded in a long-time meditation and yoga practice.
