I am convinced that the origin of emotional intelligence and decision-making lies in the self-knowledge of the body and our ability to interpret the interoceptive information that gives us.The somatic journey is a way to access our mind and emotions to understand our inner world. As we train the skills of interoception, self hearing and acceptance, we can understand better ourselves and become leaders of our decisions.Relations with the outside world improve outstandigly as we can externalize more accurately our emotional world. Our leadership skills are upgraded as we become more emphatic and understanding (studies show the direct connection between interoception and empathy).Stress, anxiety, and trauma can divert us from this inner communication and attempt against our creativity, concentration, satisfaction, productivity. Somatic tools are proven to be effective to address this issues on a daily basis and I´m passionate about discovering ways of applying this in daily life.
