Current- Sourcing / screening / individual interviews to meet the objectives of the recruiting area based on the company's Core Values.-Keep CRM and worksheets updated with all the information of the candidates-Coordinate all instances within the selection process, such as technical interviews, challenge submissions, defenses, etc.-Make final Offer to the selected candidate and be able to negotiate different aspects with him-Be the link between the candidate and the company throughout the process, in order to generate a positive experience and thus strengthen the external image of MS.-Carry out the monitoring of the total selection process in conjunction with the areas involved, generating fluid communication channels that allow the progress of the processes.-Actively participate in the different initiatives of the team: planning attendance at job fairs, analysis of the referral program, improving recruitment strategies, follow-up of candidates after onboarding, etc.-ATS experience: Hiring Room, Bamboo. -Targeted profiles: Developers (.Net, Java, Python, NodeJS, React, Angular), DevOps, Product Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager, among others.
