I founded Greenpacha in 2010 after a Surf trip in South American Pacific.I discovered the Panama hat tradition was actually from Ecuador. I was moved by the amazing women weavers that have preserve the ancient craft and decided to create Greenpacha to spread the magic of this weave trough design and my passion for traveling.Greenpacha hats are handmade with 100% toquilla palm straw.For 15 years, we have been working with the same community of women weavers. It is a rewarding bond in which both sides, creatives and artisans, challenge each other to improve the way we work to bring you the finest hats to protect you from the sun.
