• One of the 150 people chosen out of 3,000 applicants to teach for 2 years in an underprivileged school in the suburbs of Santiago, Chile.• Head teacher of an 11th grade class of which 78% currently pursue university degrees; surpassing the track record of previous years of less than 50%.• Achieved a 50% increase for 225 students in national standardized test scores measuring academic achievement (2012).• Appointed from a pool of 1,000 applicants to represent Chile in the Global Teaching Summit in Delhi, India organized by the Teach for All Network.• Co-hosted the 5th year Teach for All Anniversary meeting with the collaboration of one of my English students and 35 national authorities from around the globe.

• Government program that seeks to attract early-stage, high-potential entrepreneurs to bootstrap their startups using Chile as a platform to go global to position Chile as the innovation and entrepreneurship hub of Latin America.• Developed a Client Relationship Management database for over 200 advocates, participants and suppliers.• Organized a final year commemorative event for 300 assistants.• Organized the first International Advocate network, grouping 100 Chilean post-graduate students studying abroad that supported the mission of the foundation. • Measured the satisfaction level of the first generation of international entrepreneurs that settled in Chile; implemented improvements as a result in the communication and reimbursement system.
