 Provided legal advice to multinational and Brazilian companies regarding regulatory matters and particularly structuring and financing large infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Risk assessment and regulatory analysis in the submission of bids to participate in renewable energy auctions coordinated by ANEEL and ANP Bidding rounds.  Negotiated & drafted project and financing agreements including Power Purchase Agreements, Charter Agreements; Gas Supply Agreements; Joint Operating agreements; Engineering Procurement Contracts, MoUs, Share Purchase Agreements- SPAs , shareholders' agreements, equity support agreements, loan agreements and the relevant collateral documentation. Coordinated complex due diligence along with other practices in connection with project finance and M&A transactions. Supervised teams of junior associates and interns on the drafting and reviewing of agreements, memoranda and opinions related to structured finance and corporate transactions.
