Passionate about digital transformation, I led the development of several Apps from scratch in a start-up. I hired a multi-disciplinary team including product managers, UX designers, iOS and full stacks developers. I led the sales of the services SAAS in Europe, Asia and Middle East. The solutions were sold to more than 40 airlines and used in daily operations by more than 65 000 pilots and dispatchers. The different applications were business critical and required a strong 24/7 availability with a full disaster recovery in Europe and Asia.I managed the start-up until its profitability and until its acquisition by a multi-national company based in Geneva. While working for Sita, I led the business development and innovation department in charge of penetrating new potential markets as Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), drones and maintenance.
