R&D Project Team Member on the 2 following projects :- Essencyele is a multi partners cooperative project (PSA, IFPEN, CORIA, EFS,...). The objective is to associate mild hybridation with gasoline thermal engine for powertrain efficiency improvement (25% fuel benefits) by using affordable technologies. My role is to coordinate R&D activities (components, EMS, ECU, engine simulation) for Valeo Powertrain Combustion Engine Product Group.- CO2RE is an Advanced Development project (product standardisation). The objective is to develop an EGR module for gasoline engine application including components (valve, cooler & sensors) & EGR loop control (Software Component).

EMS activities follow-up for R&D innovative projects. Up to 4-5 people team leading, planning, partners/customers interface, engine design (sensors/actuators), EMS development for engine bench & vehicle, validations on tests facilities (vehicle, engine bench, injection bench).Projects :- Gasoline Low Pressure EGR for different Chinese OEM (Chery, GreatWall, HAIMA) : EGR components integration, engine bench start in China, project & technical interface with the customer, on-site training- 1000bars Stratified Gasoline Direct Injection system on EB2DT engine with improved ignition system, low pressure EGR and NOx after-treatment system (SCR). In patnership with PSA, IAV and EMC.- Generic cylinders/valves deactivation system (e-Dod concept) in partnership with PSA, EMC, Danielson,...- e-Valve system on F4Rt800 (with IFPEN) and EW10 engines- Scavenging 8 injectors system on F4RT800 engine compliant with FlexFuel (in partnership with IFPEN)- Gasoline Low Pressure EGR on F4RT870 engine including Water Charge Air Cooler and thermostat multi-ways valve (Themis valve)
