CurrentAs a Senior Management Consultant at Software Improvement Group, I lead multiple multidisciplinary project teams for key accounts, providing authoritative recommendations to senior clients. My responsibilities encompass a range of projects, including large modernization initiatives, M&A acquisitions, risk management, and long-term engagements focusing on software quality. I have worked across various industries, with significant projects in communication, transportation, health, and insurance.In this role, I emphasize the importance of double-loop learning and controlled experimentation under IT governance to senior clients. Key successes involved collaborating with the sales team to help clients recover from a critical fire event. We transformed a significant business risk into a long-term engagement by resolving technical issues and enhancing the organization’s focus on quality.For technical due diligence tasks, I assess the current state of the software landscape, evaluate its technical implementation according to ISO standards, and ensure it meets business needs. I identify potential risks related to security, intellectual property, or growth ambitions.A key accomplishment was successfully leading the complex ERTMS railway project in Denmark, which had experienced numerous delays. By enhancing IT governance and implementing double-loop learning processes, I was able to significantly improve project management and execution.
