Broadcast• Develop show narrative and ensure its application with production team• Define broadcast production standards both technically and narratively and see their implementation through• Act as floor manager on 10+ events yearly to ensure production goes according to plan• Define TV graphics catalogue and supervise its application to the coverage• With Sports Department, design venue map and field of play layouts to optimise broadcast coverage• Liaise with organising committees and host broadcaster to ensure compliance of technical and infrastructure requirements• Scout and acquire talents; foster relationships with crew and all internal/external stakeholders• Define and control budget• Report on progress and results; identify successes and areas for improvement• Archive assets on DAM systemPress/photo operations• Define and maintain operational zones for press/photo• Manage and set up press events and answer queries from the media• Manage season photographers pool• Maintain a media contacts database and send press releases• Co-ordinate creation of yearbook and other publications
