Florent Fettu is a Data Scientist at Desjardins. He possess expertise in python, microsoft office, r, marketing, traitement automatique du langage naturel and 3 more skills. He is proficient in Chinois, Anglais and Espagnol.
Son ajustement constant en fonction du niveau de compréhension de chacun a créé un environnement d'apprentissage inclusif et encourageant." and "Florent has been instrumental in the development of Desjardins’ AI Center of Excellence team, both for his rigorous technical skills and his interpersonal and human qualities.
We collaborated in an AI product team (data scientist, PO, data analyst, mlops engineer, data engineer) on many ambitious projects that pushed the boundaries of what has been done before in the company and redefined in many ways the global approach to many future applied AI projects.
Florent is not a data scientist who will remain stuck in a jupyter notebook. He demonstrated that he is a fast learner, able to work with modern stacks to apply machine learning to real-world use cases. He led the NLP model development part of a web application we developed together on Google Cloud Platform, valued at more than 1 million dollars, that leverages large textual data with Python, Pytorch and LLM models and is currently used by over 60 marketing experts to get insights about our 7.5 million customers every day.
Florent can build POCs (Proof of Concept) very quickly that can be operationalized and that have an impact on the business. We worked on and developed a functional POC of a chatbot, which demonstrated to the company’s top-level management (Chief Data Officer and Vice-Presidents) the value that such a use case could bring. This project also contributed to one of the many knowledge-sharing sessions we conducted within the company for over 500 data science experts.
He is a true collaborator, pleasant, polite, and always smiling, with whom I’d love to work anywhere."
Listed skills include Python, Microsoft Office, R, Marketing, and 4 others.
