This first experience in business development allowed me to coach roughly 10 general managers of small profit centers to develop a new concept of maintenance in Germany firstly and then after the first positive results in Eastern Europe.More than 60 customers were targetted for global maintenance and more than 300 for gas turbine business.

Villepinte, Nanterre, Roissy

Organizing back to back contracts with ALSTEF, SIEMENS DEMATIC and CRISPLAN, we planned the maintenance activities for 70km of baguage handling systems. Roughly 100 people were hired for 5 shifts works, using CARL Master CMMS.

In charge of multi-profiles population, we served industrial no nuclear customers such as GOSS or Heidelberg, ACB, ALSTOM Power Conversion...

Brennilis

This experience required to grow up from 4 to 50 people within 3 months, managing the day to day interface with civil works companies and their radwastes. We opened the path to LLW incineration at CENTRACO (first of akind in France) using a CMMS system developped specifically by CEA for the project.
