The responsibilities relate to Commercial Center Medias and Commercial Center Sighisoara, totaling a volume of 300 people staff. Main tasks are recruitment and selection (posting advertisement for vacancies, processing applications, organizing and support interviews), development of organizational charts and job descriptions and update them constantly, implementation of Internal Rules and procedures for Personnel, Payroll and Human Resources, implementing at Commercial Centers of HR projects applied to the entire Ambient Group.Constantly communicate with all employees through periodic field visits, makes the new employee induction process (after vacancies, seeks integration, accommodate and evolution of the new employee); makes disciplinary investigations; performs and monitors the annual training plan; manages the evaluation of professional performances of employees.Actively working with department managers in order to resolve any problems of employees; Communicates management decisions to the employees; Notifies employees and management team on changes in labor legislation; Drafted and releases any document that certifies the quality of employee when it is requested; Provides legislative advice for the employee.Attend to the management’s meetings and prepares minute of the meeting when necessary.Represent the company in relation with state institutions and in relation with the third parties (banks, companies providing HR services, Occupational Heath).Collaborates with internal magazine by carrying articles about HR events. Deals with the organizing and good progress of events for employees (Christmas party, team building trips and others).

Legal consultancy, drawing up commercial contracts and issuing legal opinions on legal issues relating to business activities. Drafting contracts and negotiating of legal terms. Signing at management’s request, within the representation, the legal documents issued by the legal person represented.
