As Community and Marketing Lead and I am the product owner of the social arm of talentify GmbH, called talentify.me, a platform designed to lower tutoring costs by connecting pupils to study with each other and guiding the next generation to their future path by linking them to possible employers, engaging them in events and supporting them with a digital tool to collect all their achievements in one digital portfolio. By collecting bonus points that can be traded in for discounts the platform uses a gamified-blended learning approach to increase interaction and the fun element.The social benefit of guiding different age, ethnicity and social groups together is an added bonus to my daily joy of making education matter. My main responsibilities:- product owner of the talentify.me platform and it´s user experience - community building (schools, pupils & ambassadors, public education sector, companies)- content development for the platform, social media channels, campaigns, PR and Workshops- event organization for main talentify lead events (First Lego League Vienna, talentifyDay, etc.)- spearhead partnerships and collaborations within the education field in Austria

Ellly Films is an independent motion picture production and distribution company, based in Vienna, with a worldwide network. Together with an international team of young filmmakers, the company is developing and producing a variety of movie ideas from company portraits to independent movies. The goal is to realize movies that stimulate the viewers in a positive way. Within my role I assisted on several elements such as organizing a casting, Pre-screening scripts and assisting production during film shoots.
