Role description:• Preparing recommendations / directions of action for the Management Board related to the development and ongoing maintenance of Banking as a Service products and services• Preparing Banking as a Service / embedded banking solutions/ offer for different markets (for eg.: e-commerce, marketplaces) and segments of clients with all required product components (such as unique selling proposition, use cases, pricing, legal documentation ect.) - daily banking area• Participation in the preparation of the company's short-term and long term strategy (market analysis, reviews qualitative and quantitative data ect.)• Driving a product development short term and long term roadmap (across all product / tech teams) - roadmap ownership• Driving the quarterly planning process, prioritization and capacity verification• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, delivery, marketing, Aion's banking teams (accounting, operations, risk, legal, compliance) to deliver final solution to a client and scalable product• Collaboration with internal (technology, marketing, sales teams) and external (external service providers) stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives• Support for the Sales Team in the field of for e.g. RFP responses, estimation and preparation of an offer - business case, change request for the client ect.Direct reporting to C-level (CPO / CTO / CSO)Key achievements:• Improvement of operational efficiency and cost optimization of the product / platform• Creating VCP cost model from scratch• Implementation of the quarterly planning process for the entire organization and Aion Bank (SAFe Framework)
