Remodel of existing facility to house two business units, classrooms, and training lab (15.5k psi rated bunker, Resato high pressure test system, surface system equipment). * Developed in-house high pressure test equipment installation program saving the company $10k per install.

Expand mill building, procure and install 66" Roller Mill, PLC system, MCC room, and associated equipment to expand capacity of South Texas market. * Liquid Mud Plant - Madisonville, TX. $3.47MM project. Construction of an 8,000 bbl oil based drilling fluid "mud plant". Dedicated crew quarters, two 5,000 sq. ft. warehouses, truck scale, 2x 20,000 gal diesel tanks, 2x 16,000 gal CaCl2 tanks, NMIS Durabase Mats, 180 bbl CaCl2 open top mixing pit, 3 Phase power.

Reviewed and prepared monthly owner pay application.Office Engineer – Houston, TX (2008-2009)The Methodist Hospital Outpatient Care Center: $239MMFacilitated pre-mobilization and pre-activity meetings for all assigned subcontractors. Coordinated the sequencing of work and material delivery in coordination with field personnel (roughly 300 people on site) and the project schedule. Arranged initial, follow up, and final inspections as part of the quality control process. Reviewed subcontractor submittals, samples, and shop drawings against plans & specs for compliance with plans and specifications. Developed a train-the-trainer program in English-Dari-Pashtu to broaden the spectrum of multi-skilled Engineer soldiers.
