Through my own business development of 8+ years, I gained experience in various fields, ranging from photography to graphic design as well as the consultation, development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.🌳 After completing my Master's degree, managed to acquire a regional scholarship. With the new resources I expanded my business through ecommerce. For that I built my own online shop in the sustainability sector. Upon completion, I can proudly look back on planting several thousand trees. 🌍 Through two extensive semesters abroad at prestigious universities in Argentina and South Korea, I had the chance to develop intercultural competencies beside language skills. Effective communication, active listening, and the ability to empathize have greatly aided me in this.🏅 In my free time, I am the head coach of the "Internationaler FC Paderborn" football club. At times the club boasted players from 16 different nationalities. In my first year of leading the team, we managed to achieve the first promotion in the clubs 17-year history with joint efforts, teamwork, and thoughtfully distributing responsibilities.
