Hi there! I’m passionate about challenging the way we think about buying, using, and experiencing the things we need. My journey into the world of ‘As-a-Service’ and subscription models began during my master’s program, where I explored how these concepts could transform industries like manufacturing. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a mission to help businesses think differently.That mission led me to start P2S Management Consulting, where my team and I have partnered with over 30 companies across 20+ industries in 15 countries. Together, we’ve helped them transition to subscription-based models, unlocking steady revenue, improving customer relationships, and building more sustainable businesses.While consulting is incredibly rewarding, experiencing and managing the challenges of running a subscription business firsthand is even better. That’s why I co-founded Loopz.Bike, a subscription service that makes kids’ bikes as adaptable as they need to be. With Loopz, parents can swap bikes as their kids grow, making life simpler, more affordable, and better for the planet—one ride at a time. Building Loopz has deepened my understanding of what it takes to thrive in the subscription world and shaped how we approach consulting: as a co-entrepreneurs alongside our clients.Beyond running businesses, I enjoy supporting startups through NXT, an investment club within BeAngels comprised of 23 passionate investors. Together, we help founders turn bold ideas into impactful ventures. Besides that, as a guest lecturer at Solvay Business School, I’m privileged to share my passion for subscription models and inspire future business leaders to think beyond one-time transactions.When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me traveling to explore new cultures, scaling mountains, or immersing myself in outdoor adventures.
