Florian Binder is a Group CFO at TT medic. Colleagues describe him as "It was my pleasure to work with Florian for over a year a half at Cantel Germany. Florian joined Cantel Germany as the initial Accounting Manager after the acquisition and merger of several German business entities. Florian recruited, trained, and managed a high-level Accounting Team for Cantel Germany. The work at Cantel Germany was very challenging due to the merging of recent acquisitions with existing business entities with multiple legal entities, ERPs, and minimal formal accounting processes and internal controls. I enjoyed working with Florian as he worked to establish the accounting processes and controls required by Cantel Corporate. He worked to minimize the financial closing time while at the same time increasing visibility and ensuring completeness and accuracy. Florian was well liked by all members of the organization."
