During my dual study program at Deloitte, I had the opportunity to do an internal internship in the Strategy, Analytics und M&A consulting team. I was involved in various aspects of the M&A Lifecycle, such as developing strategies for acquisitions and restructurings, preparing proposals, screening potential targets, analyzing synergies, designing target operating models, and consolidating financial statements.
