My previous position as a Process Engineer involves programming, maintaining, problem fixing and processing of SMD, AOI, PCB Wash Process, CAD Data, SOLVIT, BGA Rework and a huge variety of other engineering responsibilities and tasks.On a daily basis, I was responsible for all processes involving SMD Department, AOI Department, Preventive maintenance on all equipment in the factory (Air Compressor, SAKI, EuroPlacer, SEHO Wave, BTU Oven and TSM Oven, Selective, Wash Machines etc.). I also schedule maintenance, programming and breakdown- repair and calibration if required of all manufacturing equipment. I started as a Line Support Engineer and in a short period of 2 years I managed to develop my career to a Senior Process Engineer by multitasking and bringing innovative ideas about saving costs and improving work processes in almost all departments of the factory. Due to my work, the engineering department changed the way of doing work on daily and improved its timing, quality and error-risks.

During the work process in this position, as a Trackman through a sub-contractor (Cheema Services LTD) and during the first month of my work I reached to position of Quality Engineer. I was responsible for doing multiple tasks by training new people, maintaining the operating track corrections for delivering smooth and efficient process and at the same time assuring the daily deadlines and reaching successfully daily targets.
