After having been a Supervisory Council member for a year, I became a member of the Advisory Council of Wervingsdagen. In this function I am giving advise to the current Board of this foundation, which is organizing large career events for students at Eindhoven University of Technology.

During my Board year at W.S.V. Simon Stevin, I was a Supervisory Council Member at Wervingsdagen. This foundation organizes career activities for students at Eindhoven University of Technology.As Supervisory council member, I was responsible for checking the work done by the Board, advising them, and voting on relevant decisions.

Since the start of my Bachelor program, I have been active within committees. In these committees I organized various activities and worked with many different people. I have fulfilled different roles such as treasurer, where I could hone my skills in working accurately, and chairman, where I learned to lead meetings and learned how important it is to keep having an overview.

Looking for an extra challenge next to my Bachelor program, I did a full time Board year at Study Association for Mechanical Engineering Simon Stevin. I specifically fulfilled the role of Commissioner of External Affairs. In this role I contacted a lot of different companies and had lots of meetings and phone calls. From a young age I was a member of scouting. At some point in time I was asked to also become a scout leader there. I learned to work in a team and to organize activities autonomously. I also improved on my people skills.
