About Florian Preis
As a theoretical physicist I am interested in the fundamental interactions governing all of the dynamics of our world on the microscopic level. I mostly worked on general relativity and the theory of strong interactions aka. quantum chromo dynamics. The natural objects of interest are heavy ion collisions as performed at the LHC@CERN, compact stars and cosmology.As a data scientist I am excited about the recent developments in the field of deep learning and artificial intelligence. Since in physics data analysis, data visualization and in particular inference is the bread and butter it seemed natural to also delve into the machine learning aspects of data science.As an IBM Quantum Ambassador I have the pleasure to combine both of the above worlds. I am excited to be part of that journey.Views are my own.
