During a year, I stepped up as the Engineering Manager of a team of 10people, which grew to around 16 peoples, and I was in charge of splitting the team, in order to have smaller teams dedicated to fewer products/scopes (before that the team was handling all the storage IaaS product).

After almost five years building and ramping up the block storage product at scaleway, I helped hire and train a new team of people that have now completed ownership of the the product stack, and I am tackling other infra-related subjects in the company.
