This first real working experience opened my eyes to the working world. I learned a lot during this year.Thanks to my co-workers, higher ups, and my motivation I was able to thrive in this environment. The Goal of this internship was for me to get working experience and enable me to start my Bachelor's Degree at the HEG Genève where I currently study International Business Management (IBM).The tasks I did during this internship are the following:- Analysis of territory and customer sales- Customer portfolio analysis and targeting review- Scheduling customer appointments, organising visits and planning trips- Drawing up quantitative and qualitative visit reports- Acquiring a good understanding of the product portfolio and using marketing tools to present Stagecolor and Cellcosmet products- Use of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV information/ERP system- Taking orders, monitoring orders in progress, invoicing and turnover- Drawing up invoices, managing reminders and monitoring payments- Management, monitoring and archiving of contractual documents- Taking calls and organising customer service- Drawing up annual contracts and negotiating commercial terms and conditions- Participating and contributing to various ongoing projects
