This was accomplished by adhering to the Stages & Gates process and complying with IFS/BRC and HACCP procedures: - Conducted reverse planning and budget elaboration. - Sourced raw materials from both local and international suppliers.- Formulated new recipes and reformulated existing products for cost optimisation.- Defined Nutritional values, packaging and shelf-life definition.- Ran industrials trials, led Post launch review & gave recommendation for continuous improvement. · Managed several projects for International both Private Labels and B2B customers in the UK, Spain, USA, Israel, and Australia as well. ACCOMPLISHMENTS:· Collaborated with one of the largest international snack companies within a strategic partnership for Dailycer, resulting in the development of 4 innovative coextruded products within 6 months for a 30% additional tonnage to Dailycer in the first year.· Notable achievements with new product included: - The creation of extruded cereals enriched with proteins, and muesli featuring new flavour trends selected for presentation at the PLMA exhibition in Amsterdam, for two consecutive years.- The development of organic crunchy muesli with a significant reduced sugar content (20% lower than national average).
