The Verband Deutscher Alten- und Behindertenhilfe e.V. (VDAB) is one of the largest interest groups for private outpatient and inpatient care facilities. As a non-profit professional association, we support and advise more than 1,600 members on economic, legal and quality-related issues. I am currently working on the following tasks:• Support of the federal managing director • Committee work at federal level • Working on the content of topics at federal level • Coordination of internal association working groups • Participation in statements at federal level • Contact person for the VDAB regional offices • Close cooperation with press and public relations including technical input for the association's media • Contract drafting

CM Vertriebs und Handels GmbH was founded in 2015 and has been importing design, fashion and technology trends from China since November 2015. Thanks to the cooperation with the best producers, products from the areas of fashion & lifestyle as well as home and technology can be offered. The delivery takes place directly from the warehouse in Germany. CM Vertriebs und Handels GmbH operates at three locations: in Bad Honnef & Berlin/Germany and in Shenzhen/China. Cmondo is characterized by the consistent focus on the demands and needs of customers in order to be able to offer customer needs at the best quality and price. Within my 1 year at CM Vertriebs- und Handels GmbH, I successfully completed the following tasks: • Manage strategic relationships with internal and external partners• Handle delivery operations and drive continuous improvement in performance while the business continues its rapid growth • Global vendor search, evaluation & vendor development • Escalation management (e.g. supply or quality issues, risk management) • Leading negotiations of significant purchase agreements, contracts and SOW with key suppliers to establish best-in-class pricing, flexibility, quality, delivery, payment, warranty and service items • Optimization of the supplier base • Handle operations processes related to carrier and partner management such as carrier configurations in transportation systems, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis • Identify and execute on opportunities for improving customer experience and reducing delivery cost through data analysis • Lead and participate in strategic projects, including new product and feature launches and process improvements • Partner with global partners to innovate on behalf of the business and develop best practices • Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to GM • Promote and develop an environment which is receptive and adaptable to business change
