Change Project Manager• Managed several small to mid-size infrastructure projects (CHF 100K up to 1 Mio budget). Analyzed and prepared project requirements in the role of a SPOC between IT Development and IT Infrastructure.• Planned and leaded initial- and status meetings with relevant stakeholders. This in term to evaluate the current status of the project infrastructure by analyzing the gap between target and actual requirement, harmonize with existing technology standards, evaluate costs and different suppliers. • Inventoried and archived data, prepared and planned the dislocation and transfer of the entire bank in the Zurich area.• Developed user trainings and created training material inclusive help texts for the banks own published total banking solution. Created the test concept and acted as test manager for latest releases and trained new staff members in all modules.• Adjusted and integrated master data from old to new system world. Examined the process of the new system world and prepared the tests of the new environment and also created the user documentation.
