En tant que DSI, je suis responsable de la stratégie, de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion globale des systèmes d'information pour garantir une intégration transparente des TI dans les opérations du groupe et ce dans un contexte de croissance / regroupements / rachats. Mon rôle englobe un large éventail de responsabilités, notamment :Stratégie Informatique :Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie informatique alignée sur les objectifs opérationnels et commerciaux du Groupe Imasud Radiologie, qui est en pleine expansion par suite de fusions successive entre plusieurs groupes.Gestion des Systèmes et des Réseaux :Superviser la mise en place, la maintenance et la performance des systèmes informatiques, y compris les PACS, RIS, Intelligences artificielles médicale et autres applications critiques, pour soutenir la croissance du groupe. Garantir la disponibilité et la sécurité des réseaux, serveurs et dispositifs connexes.Sécurité des Données :Élaborer et appliquer des politiques de sécurité des données pour assurer la confidentialité et l'intégrité des informations médicales. Mettre en place des protocoles de gestion des incidents et de récupération après sinistre.Gestion d'Équipe :Encadrer l'équipe informatique, la coordonner tout en lui donnant les moyens d'atteindre les objectifsCollaboration Interfonctionnelle :Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les professionnels de la santé, le CODIR et les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins métier et garantir l'alignement des solutions informatiques.Budget et Ressources :Gérer le budget alloué aux technologies de l'information, en optimisant l'utilisation des ressources.Conformité Réglementaire :Veiller à la conformité aux réglementations en matière de protection des données médicales, de sécurité informatique et RGPDInnovation Technologique :Identifier et évaluer de nouvelles technologies notamment IA pour améliorer la prestation des soins, la productivité et la satisfaction des patients

Référent SI pour tous les projets d’expansion SI du Groupe prenant en charge l’intégralité du process des études préalables, à l’acquisition ou à la reprise d’un établissement, jusqu'à la livraison complète du projet, compétence sur l’Europe.

- Oversee system administration and second-line technical support - Provide support to more than 200 users in 30 branches with a team of 5 full-time engineers and 26 correspondents- Enhanced management ability gained from efficiently allocating resources to cover larger area with smaller team, due to downsizing resulting from department reorganization- Project Management: Migration from Windows 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2 in an Active Directory Forest, Migration of firewall from Arkoon to Netasq, Office restructuring and physical relocation, Deployment of a cloud based solution using sharepoint sites and OneDrive clients, SharePoint's site Design, Support and training users to the new collaborative's tools- Budget for about 200k euros/year (purchase of hardware, Internet connexions and team mission's travels)

- Manage the networks of the assembling part of the satelites (about 2500 connexions)- Provide remote access for the events

- Maintenance of the BTS and improvment of the network coverage
