I am a passionate entrepreneur and leader with over 13 years of professional experience across different industries. Currently I am leading the corporate venturing activities at TRUMPF. My team is enabling employees and business units to build entrepreneurial new business. Within Deutsche Bahn I was responsible for corporate entrepreneurship to foster entrepreneurial bottom-up innovation. For 6 years my team and I identify, validate and develop new products and business models together with employees and business units. I am enthusiastic in developing a great team and truly love empowering talents around me. During my career at DB I worked on several digital transformation projects within corporate strategy such as the foundation of Deutsche Bahn Digital Ventures, innovation ecosystem and air & ocean freight marketplaces. Besides being an innovation executive I started my own entrepreneurial journey. ROUTINERY is a platform to develop and scale high-end skin care brands. Neobömi is the first brand we scale via pharmacies, amazon and our own onlineshop.
