This involved regularly updating our website and social media platforms, as well as ensuring our presence was felt positively in all construction areas nationwide.On social media, I was in charge of the analysis of key metrics and performance indicators, summarising the effectiveness of our social media strategies. I also made an analysis of competitors' content on social media, this includes the frequency of their content, analysing engagement metrics and the type of content.My role was pivotal in shaping the public persona of the group, demanding a proactive and dynamic approach to stay ahead in a competitive industry.
