Hochschulforum Digitalisierung (HFD) orchestrates the discourse on higher education in the digital age. As an innovation driver, it informs, advises and connects stakeholders from higher education institutions, politics, business and civil society. Founded in 2014, HFD is a joint initiative by Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft, CHE Centre for Higher Education and the German Rectors’ Conference (HRK). It is sponsored by Germany’s Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).

Developing, implementing and continuously evaluating a high quality educational program that serves the diverse needs of our students and strives for innovation in higher education through digital solutions with a focus on our proof of concept in Germany.- Working with a dedicated team on Kiron's curriculum & tutorial coordination, quality assurance management, academic partnerships management and transfer coordination- Leading and coordinating several projects with external partners as well as governmental and non-governmental sponsors- Contributing to research and policy work on access to higher education, the social dimension of education, lifelong learning, the recognition of prior learning and digital solutions in higher education with a focus on the European Higher Education Area.

Working with a dedicated team of Kiron's product managers, project managers and quality managers following the purpose of "ensuring a coherent and sustainable product management and product development that caters the needs of Kirons students and balances the requirements of all internal and external Kiron stakeholders in order to achieve our proof of concept."- leading my team (product management, project management, quality management) according to the principles of holocracy (more autonomy, less hierarchy)- leading and coordinating several projects with external partners as well as governmental and non-governmental funders- fundraising for new projects directly related to our proof of concept- continuously improving our concepts and the overall educational model through a research-based approach- developing a long term product vision and strategy together with the strategic product manager- coordinating project management and aligning all projects related to our product (all services and features for our students, especially curriculum, learning platform "Kiron Campus", student services, ...)
