I work with decision makers and managers worldwide from different areas and levels in German, English and Mandarin Chinese. Since my topics are relevant to all industries, I do not have an industry focus, but work with companies from all areas.I have a broad and at the same time deep knowledge of methods and approaches (I have published five books📚) and at the same time I am very undogmatic in the application. For me, it is important that things work on site at the customer and that we get down to concrete action. I adapt methods in such a way that they add value in the specific situation.I have been active as a consultant since 2008 and am co-founder of creaffective in Munich and Taipei. I enjoy the work in our international team. It has always been very important to me we ourselves walk our talk. That's why we transformed into a self-organized company in 2015 and act as a laboratory for modern working.My personal mission is to inspire different thinking and working. In doing so, my motto is "ask for forgiveness not permission". At the same time, I have a good sense of what is possible in the specific situation and strike the right tone with diverse groups.My center of life is back in Munich since July 2022, after having lived in Taipei for two years before.
