• Prepare cash balance and bank reconciliation reports daily and submit to CFO• Enter all invoices in QuickBooks for all entities • Prepare all invoices for submission to the CFO for approval• Prepare payments – checks, wire payments, EFT, etc. – for all invoices once duly approved• Enter all credit card charges, reconcile and pay• Prepare invoices for Customers who owe money to the company• Prepare expense statements for Directors, Officers and others (attach all necessary receipts)• Create bi-weekly payroll calculations and enter all on Ceridian and on Quickbooks• Prepare all monthly financials for all entities and inter-related companies making sure that all related companies’ entries balance out• Prepare month-end and year-end accruals• Prepare all back-up required for all audits, liaise with auditors and respond to all inquiries and clarifications• Prepare quarterly director’s fees payments thru wire transfer and/or Ceridian

• Process all invoices for the holding company – Laurier Capital Holdings Inc and its subsidiary, Portfolio Strategies Securities Inc, an investment dealer, on QuickBooks• Prepare all commission payment calculations for all advisors for back-office payment execution• Prepare checks and/or wire for bill payments• Prepare all salary checks for officers and consultants• Daily and monthly bank reconciliation on QuickBooks• Prepare all financial statements and reports for CFO, including all related excel sheets• Prepare all back-up for regulatory audit and liaise directly with auditors for inquiries and clarifications• Prepare monthly RAC for the investment firm for submission to the regulator (IIROC)

• Daily reconciliation of Trust bank account to ensure that all mutual fund purchase and redemption trades are properly funded and deposits received from all branches• Daily reconciliation of Commission bank account to ensure that commissions are received timely • from all mutual fund companies• Daily settlement of all trades – purchases and redemption• Daily download of mutual fund pricing from FUNDSERV• Liaise with FUNDSERV for all incoming and outgoing payments for all mutual fund transactions• Enter all mutual fund trades (purchases and redemptions) on QuickBooks• Prepare all back-up for regulatory audit and liaise directly with auditors for inquiries and clarifications• Check all transactions entered by mutual fund clerks on WINFUND to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Daily settlement of all trades – purchases and redemption• Daily download of mutual fund pricing from FUNDSERV• Liaise with FUNDSERV for all incoming and outgoing payments for all mutual fund transactions• Prepare all back-up for regulatory audit and liaise directly with auditors for inquiries and clarifications• Check transactions entered and settled by Settlement Officers for correction and accuracy• Check entries made by teller daily for corrections
